Prosperity: The Youth (Part II)

So, in the previous post we looked briefly at the impact of the youth on our country, Zimbabwe. Now we are going to go in depth and look at some examples of some of the youth who actually stand out in the area of Economic growth.

But before we go there, let’s digress for a second… the general number of Zimbabweans that left our land to pursue a better life in other countries comprises mostly, as some research has shown, men and women between the ages of 18 and 35. Now, some of them do provide relief to their relatives back home using various means, such as Mukuru.com by sending money to them, and some just fend for themselves. Whatever the case may be, these are the people who are viewed by some as today’s generation, who are to make a difference for the generation to come.

Now, what really is going to make a difference in Zimbabwe? Marketing the country positively? Sport? Entertainment? Business? Trade? And who really is doing any of the above to try and develop Zimbabwe and take it into the future? We are going to answer these questions in the next blog in the series…
